MERODEADORES

Alexis Jestin is invited by Xavier Delgado, director of the Espacio Vazio, to lead an original two-week workshop creation lab for 8 dancers. Merodeadores is conceived as a fictional journey, with the choreographer aiming to depict the migratory passage through an abandoned, arid urban desert. This piece is inspired loosely by the novel La Horde du Contrevent by writer Alain Damasio, exploring themes of movement, survival, and the human spirit in harsh, desolate landscapes.
