Foreign Quest

A creation for the 16 dancers of the National Dance Company of Ecuador. Artistic director Roberto W. Rivera invites choreographer Alexis Jestin to craft a piece for the company’s 45th anniversary in the winter of 2021. This gripping and epic work immerses us in a universe inspired by Latin American migration, blending poignant themes with the gravity of Shakespearean tragedy.
